Delete your My Highdeas account

You can request permanent deletion of your My Highdeas account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email app@myhighdea.com from the same email address on your account.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my My Highdeas account.
3. Include the name shown in the app (if any).

We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records for legal or security reasons.

While signed in, you can also delete individual posts you created from the app or at myhighdea.com/m/.
